The Farmhouse Cottage
Charming two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage in the heart of Apple Hill. Set on a historic 10-acre farm, our retreat blends modern amenities with rustic charm, perfect for families, friends, or anyone seeking a serene escape. Comfortably sleeps six with a king-size bed, two twin beds, and pull out day-bed or sofa. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, large TV, and work area. Explore lush gardens, equestrian facilities, and farm animals. Close to Placerville, Sly Park Lake, and South Lake Tahoe.
The Farmhouse Cabin
This is a well apointed and stand alone studio cabin with a queen size bed, wood stove, kitchen with an oven and stove top, microwave, Nesspresso machine, cookwear, dining table, and smart tv. There is an updated bathroom with a new quartz shower, vanity, and closet. The Cabin has a treehouse-like front porch with space for relaxing, as well as an additional bathroom, shower and laundry room under the building.
Other things to note...
Please let us know if you are bringing your horse; we will arrange a stall, and provide feed and stall cleaning for a small fee. We have an indoor/covered and lit arena, outdoor lit arena, washing stalls, and trails in the Apple Hill region right out our front gate. We can also provide a portable crib upon request. Well mannered dogs that get along with others are also welcome!
Guest Access
Guests have full acess to the property which feautures two barns, two riding arenas (we can arrange a horse stall if traveling with horses), and 10 acres of lush grounds, flower gardens/ orchards + apple picking, a pool and hot tub area, chickens, and even a baby cow. The front of the property offers a pergola for dining and viewing the amazing sunests overlooking Apple Hill Orchards. Our property is securely gated.
Owners live onsite in the 1887 victorian farmhouse.
